Swampscott resident Gregg Brackman, graduate of Johnson & Wales College of Culinary Arts in Rhode Island. Brackman said the menu is what he likes to call “new world fusion” and it is almost as eclectic as his background. “It’s a fusion of Italian, French, Asian and American,” he said. “I’ll use dishes that have worked for me over the years.”
Brackman said the menu would change frequently so he could utilize the freshest local ingredients possible.
